At Rogue & Co, we strive to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return or refund subject to the terms outlined below.
2. Return Period
Customers may request a return or refund within 7 (seven) calendar days of receiving their order.
Requests made after the 7-day period may not qualify for a return, refund, or exchange unless required by applicable law.
3. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the item must:

- Be unused and in its original condition.
- Be returned in its original packaging.
- Include all accessories, documentation, and promotional items supplied with the purchase.
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation.
We reserve the right to inspect returned items before approving a refund or exchange.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied:
- Opened or partially used chemical products.
- Custom-made or personalised products.
- Gift cards or promotional vouchers.
- Clearance or sale items marked as non-returnable.
- Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, improper storage, or incorrect application.
5. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is:
- Damaged during delivery,
- Defective,
- Faulty upon arrival, or
- Incorrectly supplied,
you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Where applicable, we may request photographs of the product and packaging to assist with the assessment process.
Once approved, Rogue & Co will arrange a replacement, exchange, repair, or refund at no additional cost to the customer.

7. Return Shipping Costs
Where a return is requested for reasons other than a defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied product, the customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs.
Where the return is due to an error by Rogue & Co, we will cover the reasonable return shipping costs.
We recommend using a tracked courier service, as we cannot be held responsible for returned parcels lost in transit.
8. Refunds
Once a returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome of your refund request.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.
Please allow 5–10 business days for funds to reflect, depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of an error by Rogue & Co.
9. Exchanges
Where stock is available, we may offer an exchange instead of a refund.
Exchanges are subject to product availability and approval following inspection of the returned item.
